In this regard, thin copper gaskets of appropriate thickness can be installed under the small end faces of the two rear bushings as compensation gaskets.

2. The cavitation phenomenon of the hydraulic pump is another important reason for the fluid noise of the hydraulic pump. It can be seen from the oil suction process of the pump that after a partial vacuum is formed at the inlet of the hydraulic pump, the oil can be pressed into the pump under the action of atmospheric pressure. Therefore, when the hydraulic pump is working, the suction port of the hydraulic pump presents a partial vacuum state. However, if the vacuum of the oil suction port is too large for some reason, and the pressure of the oil suction port drops below the air separation pressure of the oil, the dissolved air in the oil will escape in large quantities, resulting in cavitation of the hydraulic pump, which will Make the hydraulic pump produce a lot of noise. The main reasons for the low absolute pressure of the oil suction port of the hydraulic pump are that the ventilator of the fuel tank cover is not smooth, and the viscosity of the oil is too large. Therefore, the breather and fuel tank should be taken seriously during use, and should be checked frequently, the breather should be cleaned and the hydraulic oil should be replaced in time.
