Practicing Happiness

When I got admission in university my grades went down and I lost interest in studies. I started feeling negative about myself and started thinking that I am not good enough, useless, and dumb and have a very vague personality or habits. It put a very negative impact on my personality I stopped even trying to do a new task/challenge. I felt irritated most of the times with everything. Then gradually I realized that this is not the end. So what I am not good in some subjects, I am good in other subjects. I should start something else in my life except just studies, so I started teaching and it made me felt good that I can achieve something and I am still capable of doing a task with full responsibility. Sometimes I still go into that phase. Most of the times focus on things on which I am good at and all the positive things in my life. Maybe I should start some exercise to keep my mind fresh and writing a journal about positive things on daily basis. It will help to focus on all the good things in my life and to remember them. Whenever I will be feeling down, I can read the journal and it will make me realize how many good things I have in my life. Engaging in act of kindness helped me a lot. By helping others and to make others happy even by small tasks is very good. It made me think that life is not all about me. Instead of focusing on myself I should also try to resolve others issues as far as possible for me.
